Allora, Saturday

Woke up and ran! Just need to put in a couple miles tomorrow to hit my 35 per week goal. Next week, 40 miles per week for March. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday morning I have to put in huge miles, because Friday and Sunday I won’t be able to run I don’t think, and maybe not Saturday either!
So I have to teach again today, then a very short run tomorrow and then I think I will go around Napoli. Should be fun. Time to work though.
