This illness, whatever it is, has either completely depleted my glycerin stores, or has attacked my muscles.<\/p>\n<p>I am feeling better overall though, which is good. So a horrible &#8220;run&#8221;, I walked most of it. But in generally I am getting better. Tomorrow I will get a better run in. So overall I look at today like Apollo 13, a successful failure. Definitely was a failure, but I am getting better, I got out there, I didn&#8217;t hurt myself, and I will get out there tomorrow!
