But I got my <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mapmyrun.com\/workout\/1075964873\" target=\"_blank\">run in<\/a>. Took it super easy today.<br \/>\nSo, something I will talk about tomorrow night, a friend of mine posted about nasty energy gel flavors. I&#8217;ve decided, as I&#8217;ve discussed, I don&#8217;t use energy gels anymore. But I will try to make my own gummies.
