Recipe is below!<br \/>\n<iframe allow=\"autoplay\" class=\"youtube_embed_iframe\"    allowFullScreen=\"true\" style=\"width:640px; height:385px\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/T6GD_SvwRXY?autoplay=0&theme=dark&loop=0&fs=1&showinfo=1&modestbranding=0&iv_load_policy=1&color=red&autohide=1&disablekb=0&enablejsapi=1&version=3\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Italian Seitan Meatlessballs<\/span><\/p>\n<p>8 Oz seitan<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 egg<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 medium garlic cloves <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 Tbsp bread crumb <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 Tbsp pecorino romano cheese grated<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 Tbsp parsley flake<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tsp black pepper <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\/2 tsp salt<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\/2 tsp garlic powder <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pulse seitan in food processor until it is the consistency of ground beef. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add ingredients to bowl and mix by hand until thoroughly incorporated. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Form into balls and let rest 5 minutes. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Heat 1\/2 cup vegetable oil in medium frying pan over medium heat. Once oil is to temperature, place meatlessballs in oil turning every 3 minutes until golden brown all over. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*for vegan meatlessballs, use your egg as a binder substitute and romano\/parmesean substitute.<br \/>\n<a
